The strength of Mirò is its minimalist approach in the handling of the grapes, the precise control of the product –from the vineyard to the bottle – through careful selection of the growers and grapes, with a reasoned combination of ancient methods and modern technology to ensure the consumer transparency in every processing phase, in accordance with natural processes and traditions. Holding firmly to its beliefs.
Each Mirò product is characterised by a minimal quantity of sulphur dioxide.
The company was established, with headquarters in Treviso, as a result of Davide Zuin’s desire, passion and professional and personal growth path, but above all as a result of his love for this land: the hills dotted with vineyards that stretch between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene and Prosecco.
The experience of many years in the catering and hotel management world led him to strongly believe in defending authenticity and tastes tied to tradition and in things well done, as it once was.
“Wine has always been my passion. Its colours, scents and flavours have allowed me to discover what is contained and then described, at the end, in a glass”.
Mirò means a careful selection of wines – only and exclusively of DOCG and DOC of Prosecco – produced from grapes of winegrowers who have constant contact with us, who share our philosophy, in the pursuit of development of the “terroir”, a combination of climate, earth, landscape, history and life of the people who work there.
This allows us, for each vintage, to select the best grapes and to offer our customers a product range that preserves and enhances the typical individual characteristics. Together with our technical managers we ensure quality control and prepare the bottling lines with our own brand, with the aim of always offering a quality product at the right price.
