Its appearance is straw yellow in colour with greenish hues, with a fine and light perlage. Intense perfume of Williams pear, Golden apple, almond blossom, candied fruit.
With a dry, intense and persistent flavour of great pleasantness, very smooth with a savory finish with an almond note.
Very appreciated as an aperitif for its freshness and lightness, it marries very well with the first dishes of fish in general. Excellent also with risotto with vegetables and velvety mushrooms.
Good combination with the salami.
Vinificazione: soft pressing of the grapes with pneumatic membrane presses, static decation of the must, temperature controlled fermentation (18 ° C) with selected yeasts.
